Quality Components

Each Solar Shade motorized shade is made from the finest quality materials and is custom fitted for your home. Below is a list of the components used in the manufacturing for both the 4” ELITE and 5.5” TITAN.

Warranty

We warranty your products against defective workmanship and materials as follows:

All hardware (i.e. roller tube, housing, tracks, hem-bar, track guides, etc.) supplied and installed by Apple Annie Awnings is covered under our LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. All motors and fabric are warranted for a period of five (5) years from the date of the Invoice against defects which are attributable to faulty manufacturing or assembly, such that the product sustains damage when in use, providing the product was used in the manner intended. We will repair or replace any defective part(s) or material at no charge that falls within the warranty periods mentioned above (excludes labor.)

Exclusions

We do not Warranty against damage resulting from accidents, carelessness, neglect, storms, wind, water pooling, installation or repairs by other than Apple Annie Awnings, normal wear and tear, war, acts of God. This Warranty is non-transferable.
